Not subject to a Lease or superior landlord, tenants benefit from no random crazy hikes in rents. Our Licenses / Agreements serve only to facilitate our tenants needs with no onerous clauses designed to lock in tenants and or extort mad fee‘s.
The studios have 24 hour access, some parking facilities and good security, a goods lift to take you to the upper floors.
